It is my utmost pleasure to write this humble review of Dvoranit Schwartz. Before detailing my experience, I would like to adamantly say that she is the most client-centric professional that I've worked with thus far since my Aliyah from the US 6 years ago. I contacted Dvoranit with a poor landlord situation. We had an option to extend our annual lease by an additional year and had expressed (documented) interest in executing said option. The landlord told me that they may be considering selling the property but if they decided not to sell, they would gladly honor the option. I then replied to the landlord that they were going to sell we may be interested in purchasing the property and inquired how much she was asking. She then directed me to make her an offer without setting an asking price. After meeting with a mortgage broker and obtaining a pre-approval, I submitted a purchase to the landlord over WhatsApp. They replied by telling me that they decided not to sell and that we had to get out as they were going to rent to someone else and raise the rent by 40% due to increased interest in the neighborhood and low inventory.
